When introduced in 1934, the Chrysler Airflow represented a revolution in automotive design. It was the first car to use aerodynamics in its styling and boasted a number of engineering advances.

Years ahead of its time, the Airflow was a commercial failure. Over the intervening years, it has come to be recognized as a landmark in automotive design and a classic of Art Deco styling.

The Masterpiece model was developed with the assistance of the Airflow Club of America.
